The Vision Place is an on-site optical dispensary that provides the highest quality prescription eye wear and the personalized service and attention to detail that you have come to expect from Carolina Ophthalmology Associates.
What is unique about our eyeglasses is that it blends both style and function. Our staff is specially trained to help you choose a frame that fits well and is flattering to your face. They can handle everything from the simplest repair to fitting the most advanced lenses and frames. Our opticians focus on customer satisfaction so before you step out our doors, we strive to ensure that your new eyeglasses are technically accurate, fit comfortably, and look great.
We will be happy to discuss your vision needs. All prescriptions are filled on site, so you don’t have to worry about going elsewhere. Outside prescriptions and walk-ins are also welcome.
Our optical department offers these conveniences:

- Repairs & replace spare parts (e.g. nose pads, temples)
- Communication between Dr. Bryan/Scroggs and our opticians

Contact Lenses
We offer a wide variety of contact lenses, ranging from disposable daily wear to bifocal contact lenses and everything in between. For those who like variety, we also carry the latest in colored contacts that can either enhance or change your eye color.
New contact lens wearers need to schedule a contact lens fitting with Carolina Ophthalmology Associates to be sure that you get optimal comfort and visual clarity from your contact lenses. Training is provided for insertion, removal and care of lenses.
The Vision Place offers the convenience of shipping your contact lenses directly to your home or office. Ask one of our optical staff members for more details.
